Nettles & Mint

This bar is so fresh with a minty forward blend of spearmint, peppermint, eucalyptus citriodora and a touch of juniper all of which are known and used therapeutically for their mood calming effects. It is also packed with a concentrated nettle tea, ground nettles, mineral rich French green clay and detoxifying activated charcoal, all of which are packed full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties which can be exceptionally helpful in easing skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis, and also may help to reduce free radical damage and help to soften, tone and regenerate skin. 

I use natural, organic, and sustainably and responsibly sourced ingredients. All soaps are free of synthetic colorants, fragrances and preservatives, and always made free of palm oil. All of the goat milk in my soap comes from my very own goats that I hand milk every day, are fed an organic diet and spend their days frolicking in the woods living their best lives. Goat milk is an amazing ingredient for skin care as it works as a gentle exfoliating cleanser which is rich in fatty acids that help to support healthy skin and makes for a rich creamy and luxurious soap lather.
