Nettles & Mint

This bar is fresh and earthy with a minty forward blend of peppermint, eucalyptus globus and a touch of juniper all of which are known and used therapeutically for their mood calming effects. Ground nettles and mint from my garden as well as mineral rich French green clay add exfoliation which help to soften, tone and regenerate skin and are packed full of antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties. All of these ingredients can be exceptionally helpful in easing skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis, and also may help to reduce free radical damage. 

I use natural, organic, and sustainably and responsibly sourced ingredients. All soaps are free of synthetic colorants, fragrances and preservatives, and always made free of palm oil. All of the goat milk in my soap comes from my very own goats that I hand milk every day, are fed an organic diet and spend their days frolicking in the woods living their best lives. Goat milk is an amazing ingredient for skin care as it works as a gentle exfoliating cleanser which is rich in fatty acids that help to support healthy skin and makes for a rich creamy and luxurious soap lather.
